I am fascinated and motivated by the search for truth, “things as they are, and as they were, and as they are to come.” This search is a multifaceted one that should incorporate the tools of science, reason, and revelation. I hope to use this blog as a tool for me personally, giving me a forum to develop my thoughts and to record the things I am learning and thinking about.  I also hope it will become a place where others can come and hopefully be uplifted and edified.

I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, a husband, a father of two awesome boys, and a beautiful little girl, and a scientist turned businessman. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and though I hope to reflect as accurately as possible the doctrines of my religion, this blog is not affiliated with the church in any way and all content is my own opinion.
